ROSWELL, GA (February 25, 2020) – Turf Masters Lawn Care, a leader in lawn care services in the southeast, continues on its growth trajectory.

Family owned and regionally operated, the company achieved tremendous success in 2019, highlighted by double digit increase in revenue.  Their headcount across the nine branch locations and Customer Support Center increased 20%  in 2019.   And to better serve customers and team members, Turf Masters moved their Cumming/Alpharetta and Woodstock branches to new locations.

“Our growth is more than a story of surpassing revenue goals and acquiring new customers,” said Andy Kadrich, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Turf Masters.  “It’s a testament to our hard-working team members and having the best team in place to serve our customers.”

Positioning themselves for growth, Turf Masters created several new positions in 2019 including Field Sales Trainer, Director of Talent Acquisition and Development, Operating Systems Director and Vice President of Operations.  All but one position was filled from within the organization.

“I am thrilled that we were able to promote so many team members from our organization to fill the newly created positions,” commented Kadrich.  “This shows that we are recruiting and retaining quality people and they want to grow with our company.”

Brian Butler, President of Turf Masters said, “We have a clear picture of where we want to be in one year, 5 years and 10 years.  Creating new positions to better support our team members with training, systems and operations, to name a few, will only accelerate our success.”

Matt Crowley was promoted to Director of Talent Acquisition and Development in late 2019.  Crowley previously served as Regional Sales Manager  for Turf Masters and has been heavily involved in recruiting since starting with the company in 2017.

“Continually recruiting new talent and identifying current team members with potential for advancement is vital to our success,” said Butler.   “Matt will focus on building pipelines for current and future job openings and leading all sourcing strategies in this newly created position at the company.”

In 2020, Turf Masters plans to increase head count by 20% and create additional positions to better support its customers and team members, while maintaining low customer and employee attrition.
