For Optimal Results, We Need Your Help
Thank you for choosing Turf Masters for your Aeration & Seeding Service. We have made every effort to ensure your satisfaction. Please keep in mind that when dealing with nature, some variables are beyond our control. Severe temperatures and/or prolonged droughts can greatly affect the degree of germination and survival rate of the new seed. Follow these after-service care tips to maximize the results of this important service for your Fescue lawn. And then head over to our blog to learn how to best care for your lawn and landscape.
After-Service Instructions
Water your lawn 20-30 minutes every day for 3 weeks
Slowly decrease watering to every other day to keep the seeds moist for germination
Do not mow your lawn for 3 weeks
Be sure to have a sharp blade for the first mow after this service
Do not apply weed control products, even if you see weeds until the grass is mature
If you are enrolled in our Lawn Care Program, we will complete your next treatment at the appropriate time.
Blow, do not rake, any leaves that fall on the new seedling grass
Most Fescue grass will get brown patch fungus in early spring. We recommend adding our Fungicide Program to protect your new grass
